In this role, you will collaborate closely with leading fashion and retail brands to enhance and streamline their merchandising and planning processes. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside a motivated team focused on building innovative solutions and driving transformation within the retail industry. This position offers extensive exposure to merchandising strategies, client interactions, and product-driven problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the merchandising platform for clients and provide practical solutions to address operational and strategic challenges.
• Maintain consistent client engagement by conducting regular communication, business reviews, and touchpoints to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify, address, and resolve product-related issues encountered by clients.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the merchandising platform by sharing industry insights and practical recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and networks with key stakeholders across client organizations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in planning or merchandising within the retail sector, preferably in fashion.
• Experience working with senior leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management capability.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High energy, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
