Consultant Psychologist

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of clients using interviews, observations, and standardized tests.
  

• Diagnose mental health conditions and behavioral disorders.
  

• Provide individual, group, or family counseling and psychotherapy.
  

• Develop treatment and intervention plans tailored to client needs.
  

• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
  

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  

Consultation & Collaboration

• Work with psychiatrists, doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  

• Provide psychological consultation and guidance to staff and families.
  

• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  

Education & Support

• Conduct mental health awareness programs and workshops.
  

• Provide guidance on stress management, coping skills, and emotional well -being.
  

• Support clients in behavioral modification and personal development.
