Key Responsibilities:

● Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for all internal employees of Majorel.

● MA/MSc with a minimum of 1+ years of experience

Job Description:

● Ability to drive Mental Wellness Campaigns for employees on location.

● Can ideate content for internal communication, create awareness campaigns, train focus people in the basics of Mental Health

● Direct people to appropriate Mental Health care and services

● Someone who has worked in a corporate space might be preferred

● Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same

● Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars

● Engaging with specialized clinical protocols

● Undergoing training and supervision from Clinical Psychologists at Amaha

Requirements:

● Availability across all the following shift timings: 7 am - 3 pm / 3 pm - 11 pm / 11 pm - 7 am

● Well-versed in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments

● Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills

● Openness to learning and enthusiasm to stay updated with current industry trends

● Methodical work approach and a willingness to take ownership of projects

● Ability to work independently and in teams

● Self-starter with a dynamic personality

● Ability to drive initiatives for long-term organizational excellence while demonstrating Amaha’s mission, vision, and values

● Passionate about making a difference in the world of mental healthcare
