Recruitment:

• Timely Delivery of all requirements 

People Management:

• Overall people management, motivation & morale in own Practice (FTEs, Domain Expert, etc.)


• Employee alignment to organization goals through regular communication & interaction with Practice members


• People development and retention within the practice group

Project Management:

• Monitoring and reviewing project planning, executions, resource utilization


• Assisting client managers during all stages of the  Talent Acquisition Life Cycle Management


• Ensuring quality and conceptual rigor across the Practice

Consulting Process:

• Contribute significant value as a thought leader, providing strategic perspectives, insights and cutting-edge solutions in line with latest management thought across the IT/ Technology vertical


• Knowledgeable on concepts & domain areas and provides guidance to Practice members
