Job Summary:

Work closely with multiple fashion brands to transform merchandising processes in a fast -paced, high -ownership environment. Build repeatable AI workflows while managing onboarding, implementation, support, and solutioning.

Responsibilities:

Implement Increff’s merchandising platform for clients and help navigate roadblocks through the product.
Maintain frequent client touchpoints via business reviews.
Coordinate with Product to solve product -related issues at the client end.
Contribute to platform enhancement through industry knowledge.
Build strong networks and relationships.
Agentic workflow development, end -to -end AI solutioning, augmented client management, quality assurance in AI using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, OpenAI, Manus, Claude etc

Requirements

2–4 years’ experience in planning/merchandising in retail (fashion preferred).
Experience working with senior management.
Good mathematical acumen and problem -solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands -on Excel and PowerPoint.
High energy, assertive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to design and run repeatable AI workflows (agentic or semi -agentic) with clear inputs/outputs and validation steps, and critically review AI -generated outputs (analysis, code, recommendations) for correctness and security before sharing.
