URGENT HIRING – CONSULTANT RETINA SURGEON

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Position: Consultant – Retina Surgeon

Qualification

- MS / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery preferred
- Valid Medical Council Registration

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in retinal diagnosis, management and surgical procedures preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ophthalmology OPD consultations and retinal evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage retinal disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment and macular diseases.
- Perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures as per expertise.
- Manage retinal emergencies and provide appropriate treatment.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
- Interpret retinal imaging and investigations, including OCT and fundus imaging.
- Coordinate with other ophthalmology specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient care.
