Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant SAP PP/QM!
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support configure and optimize SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
- The role involves working closely with business users manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production processes quality compliance and continuous improvement across SAP systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Configure and support SAP PP modules:
- Master Data (BOM work Centers Routings)
- Demand Management
- MRP (MRP types planning strategies)
- Production Orders and Process Orders
- Analyze production requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Support shop floor control and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve PP-related issues
- Collaborate with MM SD and WM/EWM teams for integrated planning
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Configure and support SAP QM processes:
- Quality Planning & Inspection
- Quality Notifications & Certificates
- Implement inspection types for procurement production and sales
- Support quality audits defect management and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA
- Good understanding of integration with MM SD and FI
- Ability to analyze business problems and propose SAP solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
