Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

EY-Parthenon plays a critical role in driving collaboration between sub-service lines, within service lines and across the firm. Role: Senior consultant/Manager (AVP) – Manufacturing, Maintenance & Supply Chain Excellence Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2+ years | Qualification – MBA from Tier 1 college Role: Drive end-to-end operations transformation across manufacturing and supply chain with a focus on throughput improvement, asset reliability, and planning effectiveness. The role involves diagnosing performance gaps, designing Lean Six Sigma–led interventions, and partnering with plant and supply chain leadership to deliver measurable improvements in OEE, service levels, inventory, and cost. Core Competencies Required


• Strong understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain operations


• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma–led throughput and productivity improvement


• Knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, and shop-floor execution


• Understanding of supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP linkage


• Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability frameworks


• Structured problem solving and data-driven decision making


• Stakeholder management and change leadership in plant and supply chain environments


• Familiarity with CMMS, TPM, and planning/digital tools (e.g., APS/IBP) preferred


• Strong communication and executive presentation skills Experience & Exposure


• 2+ years in operations or supply chain consulting and/or plant leadership roles


• Demonstrated impact in OEE improvement, debottlenecking, service level improvement, or inventory reduction


• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (process or discrete)


• Prior consulting experience with reputed operations consulting firms preferred


• Industry exposure to sectors such as Automotive, Cement, Metals, Industrials, or Heavy Engineering
