The Job Description
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include
Recruitment
· Create, manage, and
track job openings, candidates, and hiring stages in Zoho Recruit.
· Ensure accurate
resume parsing, candidate tagging, documentation, and status updates.
· Configure and use
workflows, blueprints, automations, and approvals as per hiring SOPs.
· Coordinate
interview scheduling, feedback capture, and offer management within Zoho
Recruit.
· Publish jobs
through integrated job boards and career pages.
· Generate hiring
dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics.
· Maintain complete
data integrity, audit readiness, and policy compliance.
Stakeholder Management
· Act as the single
point of contact for recruitment for assigned teams.
· Enable Hiring
Managers on Zoho Recruit usage and hiring best practices.
Skill and Experience:
· Expert -level,
hands -on knowledge of Zoho Recruit (mandatory)
· Strong
understanding of ATS -based hiring processes
· Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
· High attention to
detail and strong process orientation
· Ability to manage
multiple open roles simultaneously
Mandatory
prerequisites include:
· A Master’s degree
preferably in MBA or MSW
· Excellent written
communication skills in English
· Work experience in NGO’s,
Startups is added advantage
· Excellent knowledge
of MS Oï¬ce suite and Google Suite applications
You will be expected to bring your own laptop with updated software (MS
Office 2016).
This role will
report to: Co -Founder, Madhi Foundation
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Consultant Fee*: 30K -50K Per Month
*Calculated on a prorate basis considering the positions closed
