Consultant - Technical Support and Service

• Coolant Monitoring & Management
  
• Daily monitoring of coolant concentration, pH, tramp oil, and
  microbial growth.
  
• Adjustment of concentration levels using refractometer and other
  standard tools.
  
• Skimming tramp oil and ensuring clean sumps.
  
• Regular documentation of fluid condition and consumption.
  
• Fluid Handling & Housekeeping
  
• Refilling, topping -up, and replacing fluids in machines as per
  schedule.
  
• Proper disposal of used fluids and swarf as per customer/EHS
  guidelines.
  
• Maintaining cleanliness around sumps, tanks, and machine areas.
  
• Inventory & Reporting
  
• Monitoring stock levels of coolants, lubricants, and related
  consumables.
  
• Recording daily fluid usage and submitting reports to
  supervisor/customer.
  
• Assisting in planning for replenishment of fluids and consumables.
  
• Safety & Compliance
  
• Following all customer site safety policies, PPE usage, and safe
  chemical handling practices.
  
• Ensuring compliance with CPC/customer EHS standards for fluid
  management.
  

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant trade) preferred.
  
• 1–3 years’ experience in coolant/fluid handling or shop -floor
  maintenance (freshers may also be considered with training).
  
• Basic understanding of machining processes and industrial safety
  practices.
  
• Familiarity with refractometer use, sump cleaning, and coolant
  mixing desirable.
  
• Ability to maintain records and communicate effectively with
  customer teams.
