Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Consultant to join our Dashboard Product Development team for Kantar Marketplace. Reporting to Director, Product Management and Development, you will be working with a diverse distributed team across solution areas of Creative, Innovation, Brand, and Media along with activation, and peers across tech and product managers to contribute towards key strategic growth areas in Kantar Marketplace. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting product processes and requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Understanding:

• Engage with stakeholders and peers across solution areas to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.

• Independently drive product dashboard discussions, roadmaps, and achievements.

• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for scalable product development.

Product Process and Requirement Documentation:

• Document business processes, requirements, and workflows in a clear and concise manner.

• Create detailed requirement specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date and accurately reflects business needs in ADO and AHA.

Technical Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

• Participate in discussions about technical solutions and provide input based on business requirements.

Data Analysis and Problem Solving:

• Use Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools to support decision-making processes.

• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex business problems and propose effective solutions.

• Proactively seek areas of improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:
 

• Experience developing and/or working in product dashboards to address key client needs.

• Comfortable working within an Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of product achievements!

• Report critical metrics using AHA and ADO to manage product roadmap, documentation, and status.

• Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with ability to independently drive stakeholder discussions.

• Problem solving proficiency and demeanour to solve business problems.

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools are encouraged!
