We are expanding our revenue engine and hiring ambitious Consumer Growth Consultants to accelerate subscription acquisition for a fast-scaling D2C brand. This is a high-impact sales role focused on converting interest into long-term paying customers through structured conversations, persuasive storytelling, and disciplined follow-through.
You will play a direct role in driving recurring revenue growth by guiding customers toward the right subscription solutions while operating in a performance-first, target-oriented environment.
This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Ahmedabad.
What You’ll Own
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
Engage with inbound and outbound prospects to understand needs, motivations, and buying intent.
Present subscription offerings in a clear, compelling, and value-driven manner.
Handle objections confidently and convert hesitation into purchase decisions.
Build credibility and trust through structured follow-ups and professional engagement.
Revenue & Performance Accountability
Own individual sales quotas across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
Track and improve key conversion metrics such as contact-to-sale ratio and revenue per lead.
Contribute directly to expanding the brand’s recurring customer base.
Sales Execution & Process Discipline
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status.
Adhere to defined scripts, qualification frameworks, and quality standards.
Identify patterns in customer objections and share insights to refine sales messaging.
Team & Culture Contribution
Collaborate with peers to exchange effective sales techniques and insights.
Participate in coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill-building initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Experience
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2C conversion roles.
Experience in subscription commerce, D2C brands, fintech, edtech, or consumer services is preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Natural persuasion ability with strong objection-handling skills.
Highly target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
