Job Description - Contact Center

Location : Chennai
Exp: Min. 1yr


Key Responsibility Area:

 Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email.

 Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System,
Quality scores



Eligibility Criteria:

 Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.

 Graduate.

 Fresher can apply.

 The age limit is not more than 35 years.

 Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.

 Basic knowledge of using computers.
