Job Description - Contact Centre associate

Job Title :
Customer Service Representative
Qualification :
Any Graduate and Above
Relevant Experience :
1 – 4 Years
Must Have Skills :
1.Experience in a customer service role (Voice and blended).
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3.Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
4.Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools.
5.Good typing speed and accuracy for chat/email -based interactions.
6.High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling customers.
7.Ability to work in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment.
8.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
9.Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good Have Skills :
Handling customers, Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
2.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
3.Maintain a deep understanding of products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
4.Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
5.Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
6.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
8.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9.Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team performance goals.
10.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
