We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Associate with 2–3 years of experience in short-form copywriting. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting engaging, platform-specific content, managing CLM communications, and leveraging AI tools to scale content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp/Telegram channels, RCS, emailers, and other CLM-related platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on content and creatives to evaluate performance and optimize results.
• Adapt tone, voice, and style to suit different audiences, geographies, and platforms.
• Grow followers and engagement on WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
• Coordinate with external content and creative agencies to manage timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, Design, CRM, Brand) and content stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date content trackers and approval sheets.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) across all content formats.
• Identify high-performing messages and creatives while flagging underperformers for review.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Prepare concise presentations for internal reviews and leadership discussions.
• Utilize AI tools to generate fresh, high-quality content at scale.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in short-form copywriting.
• Proven ability to use multiple AI tools for content generation.
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft witty, engaging, and fun copy.
• Proficiency in content strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
