Role Overview:

As a Content lead : Seekho Jr, you will play a key role in designing, running, and analyzing content strategy for SEEKHO junior platform. From onboarding new creators to testing new show formats, your work will directly influence user stickiness, session time, and repeat usage.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of content, product, and user behaviour—and is excited by experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content strategy and vision for Seekho Jr, including the creation and management of educational materials and media formats.
• Work closely with the creator community to develop age-appropriate content that resonates with children and parents.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure content alignment with brand objectives and user engagement goals.
• Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and enhance quality and impact over time.

Mentor and guide junior content team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.

✅3–4 years of experience in content, creator management, or related fields (preferably in digital/learning platforms).
✅loves writing new ideas and storytelling which can captivate audience
✅Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and data-driven content strategy.
✅Hands-on experience with creator onboarding, community management, or show production.
✅Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new content formats.
✅Analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
✅Strong project management and collaboration skills.
