Job
Description
The ideal candidate
will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing compelling content
that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Calendar Management:
Develop and manage a daily content calendar to ensure consistent
and timely delivery.
· Content Creation and
Management:
Writing and overseeing the entire content lifecycle, including
planning, development, production, and optimization of content for websites,
blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
· Strategy
Development:
Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive
content strategy that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
Create impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and reflect
brand values.
· Performance
Analysis:
Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance using
analytics tools to optimize future campaigns. Collect, monitor and analyse
social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
· Branding:
Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams
to ensure content supports overall business goals.
· Team Management:
Manage and guide content creators to maintain quality and
consistency.
Experience
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Content Manager.
· Candidates with a journalistic background will be
strongly preferred.
· Proven ability to craft content that drives
engagement and supports strategic goals.
· Familiarity with content performance metrics and
analytics tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in
one of the following fields:
· Journalism
· Mass Communication
· English Literature
· Marketing
· Media Studies
· Public Relations
