We are looking for a Content Marketer to lead and scale our content initiatives, creating compelling stories that educate audiences, build trust, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about producing high-quality content that delivers value first while supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline generation.

As a Content Marketer, you will own the content strategy end-to-end—from thought leadership and product storytelling to SEO, customer success stories, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product experts, and cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with B2B audiences and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Create content that supports brand awareness, customer education, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Build scalable content processes and frameworks to support long-term growth.

Content Creation

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, product announcements, newsletters, website copy, thought leadership articles, and sales enablement materials.
• Translate complex product features and industry concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to transform ideas into impactful content.
• Develop customer success stories, playbooks, and educational resources that highlight real business outcomes.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Plan and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and drive sustainable traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search performance without compromising quality.
• Monitor SEO trends and continuously improve content performance.

Performance & Optimization

• Measure content effectiveness using key marketing metrics and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and customer education.
• Use customer feedback and performance insights to refine content strategy and messaging.
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to maximize reach and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop content that supports business priorities.
• Create sales enablement assets that help communicate product value effectively.
• Contribute to campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Help establish scalable content operations and mentor future content team members as the function grows.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Editorial, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes such as organic traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, or brand awareness.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex technical or business concepts into compelling content.
• Experience interviewing customers and transforming insights into engaging case studies and success stories.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or technology-focused marketing.
• Knowledge of content strategy, brand messaging, and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with content performance analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of market research and audience analysis.
