This position plays a crucial role in transforming the dialogue around mental health in India while raising awareness about our product. The Content Marketing Lead will be tasked with producing captivating, informative, and entertaining content across multiple platforms, emphasizing storytelling, product messaging, and cultural insights through the perspective of mental health. A fundamental principle is to treat mental health with respect, ensuring the content is meaningful and impactful without diminishing its seriousness.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and execution on Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing, and WhatsApp.
• Develop written content and guide visual design, coordinating with external designers, video editors, and other collaborators.
• Plan, publish, and evaluate content performance across channels, identifying what resonates and iterating swiftly.
• Contribute to discovering and defining the brand’s voice.
• Explore and test new channels and formats, embracing the dynamic and experimental nature of a startup in its second year.
• Expand and oversee a small team as skills and capabilities develop.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience producing high-quality content, preferably with some background in mental health, wellness, or related fields.
• Excellent writer with the ability to seamlessly switch between storytelling, analytical insights, and product-focused content.
• Detail-oriented about content as an art form, caring deeply about every caption, visual element, and subject line.
• Experienced in managing external collaborators such as designers, editors, and freelancers while keeping projects on schedule.
• Eager to experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Holds strong convictions about responsible communication regarding mental health and shows deep respect for the topic.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking full ownership of the content function.
