Content Moderator Intellectual Property (Non-Voice Process)

Sutherland is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals for the role of Content Moderator with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in moderating content related to copyright, trademark issues, IP appeals, and general IP concerns.

This role requires strong decision-making skills, good analytical ability, and a keen eye for content violations while working in a non-voice back-end environment.

Under Graduation & Graduation

• Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with IP policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and IP appeals.
• Investigate and act upon reports of intellectual property misuse.
• Maintain high-quality moderation standards by staying updated on platform policies and IP laws.
• Document case actions and decisions accurately in internal systems.
• Ensure all decisions align with client guidelines and legal requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation is not mandatory.

Experience: Prior experience in Intellectual Property Content Moderation is essential.
