Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

Overview:

As a Content Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our content management system. You will be responsible for managing and organizing the digital files including, but not limited to, video, audio, art, and captions that are received from various sources, validating third-party data, and ensuring that all digital content is ingested into our proprietary technology system accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing communication with clients and ensuring that all client requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, ingest, and deliver digital assets into Cineverse's proprietary technology system.


• Validate third-party data to ensure accuracy.


• Organize and manage incoming digital content, including metadata.

• Work with the operations team to ensure that all digital content is delivered on time.


• Distribute outbound materials to partners for digital content localization


• Working with existing scheduling and data entry systems, and assisting with migrating to new systems

• Collaborate with the technical/QC team to identify and solve any issues that may arise.


• Communicate with stakeholders effectively and professionally.

Specific Knowledge Abilities and Skills:

• Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in English.


• 2-4 years of experience working in a team that centers on ingesting materials or streaming media metadata


• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.


• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing deadlines


• Ability to problem solve, communicate and work well with others, both within and outside of the department


• Flexibility to work occasional weekends & holidays
