We are looking for a hands-on, creative Content Producer who can bring the vision of “Pinterest-worthy Indian homes” to life through compelling photos, videos, and digital storytelling. You’ll be the driving force behind our brand visuals — conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and designing content that inspires homeowners and designers alike. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and the marketing team to transform everyday materials into visually stunning stories that define the future of Indian home aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Cinematography & Photography: Lead on-ground shoots at experience centers, partner stores, and real homes.
• Design & Editing: Produce high-quality visuals using Adobe Suite tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Brand Storytelling: Translate brand tone and aesthetics into visual formats for YouTube, Instagram, and offline assets.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize campaigns, mood boards, and creative ideas that stand out.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to capture impactful, results-driven content.
• Performance Analysis: Track and optimize content based on engagement and performance insights.
• Execution Excellence: Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-production workflows efficiently across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in content production (video, design, lighting, and/or creative direction).
• Ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality content from concept to final output.
• Strong understanding of lighting, camera work, and composition.
• High proficiency in Adobe Suite — Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and similar tools.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and creative goals.
• Passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
