Content Quality Manager

Position Overview

Content Quality Manager is responsible for editing the content for external audience. Checking the accuracy and quality of content creation/population done by content writers, ensuring records are maintained accurately,ensuring utilization of team is high, mentor and train new team members.

Responsibilities

•  Responsible for overall quality of content uploaded on website


•  Need to maintain daily content uploading status report and ensure daily targets are met


•  Assign work to cataloguing and content team


•  Do thorough quality check/ proof reading of catalogue and content team's work prior to uploading


•  Work closely with category and tech team to ensure smooth flow of cataloguing and content work

Requirement

•  4-6 years of experience into content quality check and content research.


•  Should be proficient with Excel.


•  Should have experience in cataloguing/ content writing.


•  Proficient in English.


•  Team management experience is a major plus.
