Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
Build digital content ecosystems that support brand storytelling across multiple platforms and formats
Create high-quality written content including long-form articles, campaign concepts, social media content, brand narratives, website copy, and messaging frameworks
Translate brand strategy, positioning, and audience insights into compelling storytelling structures
Define and maintain brand tone of voice, communication guidelines, and messaging consistency
Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure alignment between verbal and visual storytelling
Research audience behavior, market trends, and cultural conversations to create relevant and engaging content directions
Contribute to campaign ideation, content planning, and communication strategies for brand-building initiatives
Monitor content performance and optimize communication approaches based on engagement and audience response
Bring fresh storytelling ideas and innovative content formats to strengthen brand visibility and audience connection
Ensure all communication reflects clarity, originality, and strategic intent across touchpoints
Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain content quality, consistency, and execution timelines
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of experience in journalism, editorial writing, content strategy, brand communication, or related fields
Strong storytelling ability with experience creating long-form narratives and meaningful brand content
Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with writing and content execution
Strong understanding of audience psychology, consumer behavior, and digital content trends
Experience translating brand guidelines and positioning into scalable content systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional command of English
Ability to create content that balances creativity with business and brand objectives
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with creative, design, and strategy teams
Curiosity for culture, trends, and evolving digital communication formats
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously
Background in Journalism, Mass Media, English Literature, Brand Communication, or a related discipline is preferred
Passion for building brands through thoughtful storytelling and strategic communication
