Job Description - Content Strategist

We are seeking Content Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible in shaping our content strategy and execution. From crafting engaging ad scripts to collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure all content efforts align with our brand and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute creative content strategies for paid campaigns across platforms.
Plan, create, and execute content for social media (Instagram, Youtube).
Write compelling ad scripts that align with the brand voice and captivate the target audience.
Develop and manage user -generated content (UGC) campaigns to drive organic engagement.
Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce authentic and engaging content.
Leverage prior experience in startups or marketing agencies to adapt quickly and contribute to growth.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Fluent in both Hindi & English, and a writer at heart.
Proven experience in content strategy, marketing, or a related field.
Hands -on experience with creating content for paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
Strong skills in scriptwriting for ads or creative storytelling.
Familiarity with User Generated Content (UGC) as well as creative campaigns.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Prior experience working in an early -stage startup/marketing/advertising agency is a must.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies.
Having an understanding of how real money gaming apps work is a plus.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
