Responsibilities:

• Lead end -to -end content creation across formats and platforms, from concept to publication.
  
• Adapt long -form content into dynamic short -form assets for social media and digital campaigns.
  
• Test and refine hooks, headlines, formats, and storytelling structures to boost engagement and performance.
  
• Maintain and evolve Embark’s brand voice to ensure content remains fresh, authentic, and human -centered.
  
• Analyze content performance data to identify top -performing themes and optimize future output.
  
• Research industry trends and generate innovative content ideas that strengthen brand presence and audience connection.
  
• Collaborate on content strategy for social media, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
  

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field—preferably in startups, agencies, or growth -driven organizations.
  
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to craft engaging, audience -focused content.
  
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent delivery under deadlines.
  
• Experience working in remote or hybrid settings with cross -functional teams.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, or a related field—or equivalent hands -on experience in content development.
