Job Description:

As a Senior Content Writer at Turbostart, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in content creation, with a proven track record of producing impactful and strategic content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging content for various channels, including blogs, website copy, social media, newsletters, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content.
• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content planning.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior team members to improve the overall quality of content.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the discoverability and ranking of content on search engines.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to identify and capitalize on relevant keywords.
• Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about content marketing metrics and trends to optimize content strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing them.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
