This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented writer who can bring clarity, consistency, and personality to B2B software communications across multiple channels. You will craft compelling and audience-focused content that supports marketing initiatives such as campaigns, websites, emails, and sales materials. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you will help shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across different touchpoints. The role requires the ability to translate complex product or business concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging. You will also contribute to content strategy by applying SEO principles and conducting research to strengthen messaging effectiveness. This is a dynamic writing position suited for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Accountabilities:
- Create clear, concise, and audience-specific content for digital and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity without unnecessary marketing exaggeration.
- Interpret marketing briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content aligned with campaign goals and business needs.
- Develop content for multiple formats including email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, brochures, sales presentations, and video scripts.
- Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure high editorial standards and brand consistency.
- Conduct research and interviews to produce well-informed, credible, and high-quality content.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content performance and improve visibility across search engines.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all brand communications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and digital teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role in a B2B environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Good understanding of content strategy and B2B marketing communications.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into clear content.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
