Contracts Engineer for real Estate Group- Punawale- pune

The Contract Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and managing all contract-related activities for real estate and construction projects. This role ensures compliance with legal, technical, and commercial requirements while optimizing project cost and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  Review and analyze vendor/contractor documents, BOQs, drawings, and contract clauses.

  Prepare, evaluate, and manage contracts, work orders, and subcontract agreements.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and control project costs, variations, and billing (including RA bills and final bills).

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, clarifications, and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that all legal, commercial, and technical terms are adhered to during execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle claims, time extensions, disputes, and settlement of contractual issues.

  Support project closure activities including final bill verification, retention release, and as-built documentation.
