What You'll Build

About the Role:

The Conversation Design Specialist will design, write, and optimize conversational experiences for both chatbots and voice assistants. This role bridges the gap between product strategy, UXdesign, and language, crafting dialogues that are engaging, context -aware, and purpose -driven. You’ll also play a key role in designing and refining prompts, logic flows, and reviewing the performance of deployed bots to ensure continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and user needs to design conversation flows and logic for chat and voice bots.
Create end -to -end dialogue scripts, intents, entities, and user journeys in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Write, refine, and test prompts that guide large language models (LLMs) or NLP -basedsystems effectively.
Map and document conversation architecture, including edge cases, error handling, and escalation logic.
Review and analyze bot performance, tone, and accuracy, providing clear feedback and actionable improvements.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams (UX, engineering, QA, and analytics) to implement and refine conversational features.
Stay updated on best practices, emerging tools, and conversational AI design trends.Confidential

Requirements

What You Bring

Must -Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, scriptwriting, or related roles.
Strong command of written English with attention to tone, clarity, and inclusivity.
Working knowledge of prompt writing for AI and LLM -based systems.
Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize conversational performance.

Nice -to -Have Qualifications:

Exposure to AI prompt engineering or fine -tuning workflows.
Experience designing for multilingual or multicultural audiences.
A portfolio showcasing conversation scripts, flows, or prompt examples.

What You'll Work With:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to build seamless conversational experiences.
Design and write dialogue flows, prompts, and conversation logic for chatbots and voice assistants.
Analyze conversation data and user interactions to improve tone, accuracy, and performance.
Map conversation architecture, including error handling and escalation journeys.
Refine prompts and responses to make conversations more engaging and context -aware.
Use analytics dashboards and design documentation tools to test and optimize bot performance.
Stay updated on emerging conversational AI trends, tools, and best practices.
