Coordinator - CRM (US time zone)

We are seeking a Sr. Coordinator – CRM to support the Strategic Growth Team (SGT), US, by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely maintenance of opportunity and client data within Horizon, WSP’s enterprise CRM system. This role enhances pipeline visibility, strengthens opportunity management, improves reporting precision, and supports overall business development operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a detail‑oriented mindset, and solid experience working with CRM or sales systems, along with the ability to develop clear, insight‑driven reports for senior stakeholders.

This role will be based in the Noida/ Bengaluru office.

• Generate and deliver region‑wise CRM reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis, aligned with business requirements.

• Analyze, maintain, and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.

• Conduct data audits, perform data cleansing, and resolve discrepancies across systems to uphold data integrity.

• Review opportunities for incorrect or incomplete data fields and implement corrective actions in accordance with Horizon standards.

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Information Management, Marketing, or related field

• 4-6 years of experience in CRM, data coordination, sales support, or BD operations

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Oracle)

• Strong communication and follow‑up skills with US stakeholders

• Comfort with repetitive, process‑oriented, business‑critical tasks

• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, MS Lists

• Able to work the US time Zone
