Facility Operations

• Coordinate daily facility management activities across office premises.
• Ensure smooth functioning of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeterias, and support facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor housekeeping and technical service standards.

Electrical & Technical Infrastructure

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of: 
  • LT/HT Panels
  • DG Sets
  • UPS Systems
  • Transformers
  • Electrical Distribution Systems
  • Lighting Systems
• Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs.
• Validate service reports, maintenance schedules, and invoices.
• Escalate service deficiencies and monitor closure.

Preventive Maintenance

• Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars.
• Ensure timely completion of technical inspections and maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.

BGV:
