Copado Release/Test Engineer-salesforce

Coverage: Overlap with PST (India: late shift; Near‑shore: standard day) Engagement: Full‑time contractor; start ASAP; 1-2 openings 4-8 years in Salesforce DevOps/Release; 2+ years hands‑on with Copado. Understanding of how automated tests (e.g., Tosca) are orchestrated in release gates. Strong environment management and deployment troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working with India PST overlap or Near‑shore PST day. Experience with risk‑based gating and test impact analysis. Prior collaboration with multiple vendors and client release boards. Configure/optimize Copado pipelines, environments, and promotion strategies; integrate test stages and quality gates. Collaborate with Tosca teams to trigger/regress key suites on promotion; interpret results to accept/hold releases. Standardize branching, data seeding, and org strategy to reduce cross‑track conflicts. Provide dashboards on deployment health, rollback readiness, and defect escape trends.
