Position: Sr. Account Executive – Copywriter

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences
• Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives
• Think strategically about 360 creative solutions or full service digital solutions

How We’d Expect You To Split Your Time

Very thoughtfully. But here’s an indicative split as a guide:

• Client Relationship Management: 40%
• Team Management & Mentorship: 20%
• New Business Development: 40%

What You’ll Need (must haves for the role) :

• 3 to 4 years of copywriting experience. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience of working with clients in energy, sustainability and climate action space  
• A strong copy portfolio, having worked on big brand campaigns
• Strong client liaison skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines

What Would Be Nice to Have 

• Master’s degree in Literature/ Communications/ Advertising or related field
• Previous experience in the energy sector is highly preferred
• Experience managing large account portfolios
• Ability to integrate social media into PR plans 
• Freshly brewed coffee-making skills. But don't worry, we won't judge you for it.
