The Integrity team, part of Corporate Consolidation Control & Reporting (CCCR) within the Finance division located in Mumbai, is seeking an Analyst to help support Firm-wide ledger controls and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Within the Finance division, our role is to act as a partner to business units worldwide by offering analysis, review and management reporting related to the Firm's financial resources.
This is an Analyst level position within the Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Firm's books and records.

What you'll do in the Role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and control
- Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
- Investigating Suspense and Zero Balance Account (ZBA) breaks, performing reconciliations, preparing commentary, and ensuring timely ageing resolution.
- Executing month-end Balance Sheet substantiation and sign-off for ZBA-related GL accounts.
- Reviewing and releasing SAP Suspense entries daily to maintain data integrity and process hygiene.
- Supporting governance activities such as GL account attestation reviews, exposure analysis, provisions evaluation, and variance investigation.
- Tracking and analyzing functional KPI/KRIs for timely and accurate process outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and partner teams globally.
- Own individual and team deliverables by leveraging strong Finance knowledge, tools, and controls.
- Adhere to Firm risk standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls while contributing to process improvement.
- Serve as a culture carrier by demonstrating accountability and alignment with Firm values.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Willingness to learn Finance principles, tools and systems
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a professional environment
- Willingness to seek guidance and solicit feedback to further self-development
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences
- CA or MBA with strong accounting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a control-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with large data sets.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning.
- At least 0-2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
