Corporate Partnership

About the Role : 

We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented
professional to drive CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships initiatives.
The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with corporates,
institutions, NGOs, and donors to mobilize funds and create long -term
partnerships. The candidate will play a key role in proposal development, donor
engagement, fundraising campaigns, and CSR collaborations aligned with the
organization’s social impact objectives.


Roles And Responsiblities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with
  NGOs, corporates/ institutions / high -net - worth (HNI) individual donors.
  
• Prepare effective proposals for grants/
  donations etc
  
• Excellent sales skills to sell the
  cause to mobilizer CSR funds
  
• Inspiring
  new supporters to raise funds, while maintaining and developing relationships
  with existing supporters 
  
• Developing
  new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve
  organizing events
  
• Raising
  awareness of the charity and its work at local and national levels
  
• Focusing on
  CSR initiatives and pay roll giving
  
• Developing
  and coordinating web -based fundraising.
  
• Increasing
  funds by targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the charity’s aims
  and activities
  
• Overseeing
  corporate fundraising, including employee giving and matched giving from
  employers
  
• Managing
  and updating databases to record donor contact and preference information
  
• Writing applications and mail -shots, using direct mailing to reach a
  wide range of potential and current donors
  

Requirements

• Excellent
  verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong
  presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Relationship
  management and networking abilities.
  
• Creative
  thinking and problem -solving approach.
  
• Good
  organizational and planning skills.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and within a team environment.
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office and donor management tools/databases.
  
  

• Any
  Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
  
• Minimum
  3 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate sales,
  business development, or marketing.
  
• Prior
  experience in NGO fundraising or corporate relations will be preferred.
  
• Willingness
  to travel for meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
