Corporate Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
  
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
  
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using consultants, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
  
• Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and successful closures
  
• Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
  
• Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and consultants
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate hiring (non-agency background preferred)
  
• Proven expertise in mid and senior-level recruitment
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipelines, and closure management
  
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
• High levels of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
