Job Description - Corporate Relations Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners, drive bookings, and enhance the reputation of our Airbnb property. This role involves client relationship management, strategic planning, and overseeing booking processes to support business growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, individual guests, and travel agencies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Oversee booking processes, ensuring accuracy and client preferences are met.

  • Manage reservations, including special requests and complex itineraries.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.

  • Analyse market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and market trends.

  • Ensure all client documentation complies with privacy regulations.



Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or account management, preferably in hospitality or property management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.

  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts and driving business growth.

  • Familiarity with Airbnb platform, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and professionalism skills.
