Reports to: Corporate Relations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is key to building and maintaining strong corporate partnerships, supporting recruitment efforts, and driving placement activities. You will act as the bridge between students, hiring partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful collaborations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential companies for partnership and hiring opportunities.

  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with corporate partners, acting as the main point of contact.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand the corporate partnership portfolio.

2. Recruitment & Placement Support

  • Serve as the liaison between students and recruiters, ensuring effective communication and a smooth placement process.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and share relevant candidate profiles.

  • Organize and track the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely feedback and follow -ups from both candidates and recruiters.

  • Maintain detailed records of placement activities and assist in generating reports on placement outcomes.

3. Event Coordination & Job Drive Management

  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of on -campus placement drives, recruitment events, and career fairs.

  • Ensure that recruitment events are aligned with the company’s objectives and provide adequate exposure for hiring partners.

  • Monitor event logistics and handle post -event follow -up, including collecting feedback to enhance future events.

4. Student Training and Development Support

  • Assist in organizing pre -placement training sessions for students, including resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills workshops.

  • Work with trainers and mentors to deliver high -quality student training and track individual progress.

  • Provide guidance to students to help them align with industry standards and enhance their employability.

5. Market Research & CRM Management

  • Conduct thorough research using tools like Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo.io, Naukri, Indeed, and others to identify potential hiring partners, job opportunities, and recruitment events.

  • Regularly update and maintain records in CRM software (e.g., Leadsquare), ensuring accurate tracking of communication history, partner activities, and task management.

  • Generate reports and presentations to monitor placement progress and partnerships.

6. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide day -to -day administrative support to the Corporate Relations team, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Draft and review basic contracts, agreements, and partnership documents.

  • Assist in tracking deadlines, milestones, and project tasks to ensure timely completion of key activities.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, students, and internal teams.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast -paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Technology: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Leadsquare or similar).

  • Event Coordination Experience: Ability to organize and manage recruitment events and job drives successfully.

  • Proactive and Resourceful: Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.

  • Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to use research tools and CRM systems to gather insights, maintain records, and monitor activities.

Work Environment:

  • Office -based role with occasional virtual or off -site partner meetings.

  • Flexibility for working during evenings or weekends to support events or job drives.
