Job Description - Corporate Sales Manager

Job Overview:

Looking for a Corporate Sales Manager, with 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B sales, who can handle corporate clients.

They are someone who can create new sales opportunities, prepare sales pitches/presentations, manage potential and existing clients and handle their concerns. They should willing to travel as expected to participate in events/conferences/exhibitions.

They are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to business-to-business companies. They should have compassion and leadership qualities and can motivate their team members to do their best work.

They are someone who stays in Mumbai, currently serving notice period or willing to join within 30 days.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales pitches and relevant collateral
  • Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach
  • Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management)
  • Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively
  • Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns 
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences/Events
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Tie ups with Corporates, Event companies, housing societies and potential collaboration

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/surpassing targets and KPIs,
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Should be experienced in both account management and establishing new business relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • He/She should be under 40
