We’re seeking a dynamic and result -oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate and B2B sales for a premium hospitality setup. The role focuses on generating revenue through corporate tie -ups, client acquisition, and selling event, conference, and day -out packages.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue through corporate bookings, events, and group business.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across IT companies, startups, and enterprises.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/Admin teams for long -term partnerships.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and meetings to negotiation and closure.
Promote and sell:
Day outing packages
Conference & stay packages
Bulk booking and customized corporate deals
Drive lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits.
Ensure repeat business by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service coordination.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on high -value deals.
Track leads, conversions, and performance using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and events.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or event industry.
Strong network with corporate clients (HR/Admin teams is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
