Key Responsibilities
⪠Business Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s business model and
advertising solutions to deliver effective client strategies.
⪠Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and new business
opportunities.
⪠Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging
opportunities.
⪠Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of
satisfaction.
⪠New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, including direct advertisers and agencies.
⪠Client Engagement: Meet potential clients to understand their advertising needs and propose
relevant solutions.
⪠Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
⪠Negotiation & Closure: Drive deal negotiations and ensure successful closures while maximising
revenue.
⪠Cross -functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as planning, operations, and finance to
meet sales objectives.
⪠Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as required in line with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience
⪠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass
Communication, or a related field
⪠MBA preferred
⪠6 months to 5 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, with a focus on
client acquisition and servicing
⪠Prior experience in advertising/media (OOH/TV/Radio/Print), events &
exhibitions, digital advertising, PR, or hospitality will be an advantage
