Corporate Social Responsibility - Associate

As a CSR – Associate at Team Everest, you will play an important role in planning and supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. You will work closely with corporate partners, internal teams, and volunteers to ensure CSR activities are executed smoothly and on time.

From coordinating events to supporting communication and reporting, your work will help companies and volunteers create real impact on the ground.

What You Will Do?

• Corporate Account Management: Manage assigned corporate accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners.
  
• Volunteering Project Management: Understand corporate requirements and manage their volunteering projects and ad-hoc events from planning to completion.
  
• Corporate Communication: Coordinate with corporate teams through emails and calls for requirements, event planning, updates and follow-ups.
  
• Corporate Meetings: Attend corporate meetings and, when required, visit corporate offices to understand requirements, discuss projects and build relationships.
  
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure corporate requirements are planned and delivered on time.
  
• Proposal Coordination: Understand corporate requirements, coordinate with the relevant team for proposals and costing, and share them with the corporate.
  
• Lead & Pitch Management: Connect with new leads, understand their requirements, participate in pitch meetings and present relevant Team Everest programs.
  
• Corporate Follow-up: Regularly follow up with corporates on proposals, project requirements, payments and other pending actions, and ensure closure.
  
• Account Growth & Retention: Build stronger engagement with existing corporates and support account growth and retention.
  
• Follow-up & Tracking: Keep track of corporate enquiries, projects and follow-ups, ensure the required updates are made in CRM.
  
• Event Documentation & Reporting Support: Support in collecting required data, photos and feedback and providing inputs for CSR reports whenever needed.

Skills required for Job:

1. Excellent English: You should communicate clearly and confidently, especially in English.
   
2. Interpersonal Skills: You should enjoy speaking with diverse groups of people comfortably.
   
3. Organizational Skills: You must manage multiple tasks, calls, and follow-ups with ease.
   
4. Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and online databases.
