Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Food Technology; MBA preferred

  Role Overview :

  We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple animal feed manufacturing plants. The Corporate Head / GM – Plant Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimization while ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands-on plant management expertise combined with corporate-level vision.



Key Responsibilities : 



1. Multi-Plant Operations Management

• Provide leadership and direction to all plant heads (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain).


• Standardize operating procedures across plants to ensure consistency in quality and productivity.


• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance against KPIs.

2. Production & Process Excellence

• Oversee production planning and execution across multiple plants.


• Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and other best practices for continuous improvement.


• Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to optimize output and reduce costs.

3. Quality & Compliance : 

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory/statutory compliance.


• Implement strong systems for raw material testing, process control, and finished goods inspection.


• Maintain certifications and audits (ISO, FSSAI, etc.) across plants.

4. People Leadership : 

• Mentor and guide plant management teams, ensuring strong succession planning.


• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.


• Drive employee engagement and workforce productivity.

5. Strategic Contribution : 

• Collaborate with senior leadership o Sirhind n capacity expansion, new plant setup, and capex planning.


• Provide operational insights to support business growth and profitability.


• Work closely with SCM, Sales, Finance, and R&D for integrated business planning.

Candidate Profile : 

• 15 - 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 8–10 years in senior plant leadership roles.


• Proven expertise in multi-plant operations, preferably in agro-based, FMCG, food/feed, or process industries.


• Strong knowledge of production systems, maintenance, supply chain, and quality management.


• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.


• High integrity, result orientation, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
