Role Overview:

We are looking for an expert Corporate Trainer with deep experience in Product Development (PD), Design Verification (DV), and Embedded Systems. You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously upgrading technical training programs to upskill engineering teams and enhance technical excellence across the organization.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals, driving innovation readiness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Execution

• 
  

  Design, develop, and deliver customized training modules in PD, DV, and Embedded Systems (ARM, RTOS, C/C++, SystemVerilog, UVM, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct technical needs assessments across departments to align training programs with project and organizational goals

  
  


• 
  

  Lead hands-on workshops, simulation exercises, and advanced bootcamps for mid-level and senior engineers

  
  


• 
  

  Develop digital and hybrid training assets (videos, e-learning modules, live sessions)

  
  

Evaluation & Optimization

• 
  

  Continuously measure training effectiveness using pre/post assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics

  
  


• 
  

  Implement certification frameworks for skill validation and career progression

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain training quality and content relevance through industry research and internal feedback loops

  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• 
  

  Work closely with engineering, R&D, and HR teams to schedule training and ensure maximum participation and alignment

  
  


• 
  

  Support onboarding of new engineers with structured training programs

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a mentor and guide for technical growth within the team

  
  

Knowledge Management

• 
  

  Maintain a knowledge repository of reusable content, real-world case studies, and best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Update training materials regularly to reflect latest trends, tools, and technologies

  
  

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: 10–15 years of experience in technical training, engineering, or a similar domain with hands-on exposure to PD/DV/Embedded

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Expertise:

    Strong foundation in Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, RTOS, IoT protocols

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Advanced knowledge of SoC Design, Verification methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM), and EDA tools

    Familiarity with agile engineering practices, CI/CD in embedded product life cycles
