1Discuss with customers and generate the new Enquires and EnquiryUpdate in CRM.
2 EnquiryMaterials Quote send tosupplier.
3 For new Enquiries needsite visit means we will visit to customer place and if anycritical application means ask help and visit customer place& collect details to quote forenquirey
4 Technically Disussedwith customers.
5 After technicallclearance we send to vendorsenquirys.
6 We subittingtechnoCommercial offer toCustomer.
7 If any details needmeans discussed with project & Designteam.
8 Enquiry generation SAPNumber Taken from SAP
9Negotiation done with vendors.
10Then negotiation held with customers purchase team and get theorder.
11 Visit Customer place forfinal Order Negotiataion.
12 Anyhelp for final negotiataion means take help from manager/ MD tovisit.
13 For PCC MCC IMCC JuncionBoxes PDB MLDB Panel any help need means taken OEM ( SIEMENS/ AB/ABB/ MITSUBISHI/SCHNEIDER) To Customer place to finalize TehnicalPoints.
14 Taken sale order numberin SAP and put File and Handover to Project team to Execute theproject.
15 Done Kick of meetingRegarding the Project with Design/ Project/ PurchasePersons.
16 Giving orderAcknowledgement to Customer.
17Handled PCC/ MCC/ IMCC/ VFD/JB/PDB & PLC/ ELECTRICAL& PLC Spares for both Electrical & AutomationSpares.
18 Attend Weekly Sales andmarketing Review meeting with Team to Discuss about upcoming /Ongoing Projects & Planned for FutureProject.
19 If any Delivery IssuesDuring Executing the Project and we will Speak with OEMS &Customers to Solve the issue.
20Spare Items follow up with vendor and arrange for delivery toCustomers.
21 Site visit for studythe Customers Requirments.
22 BOMPreparation.
23 GAPreparation.
24 Busbar CalculationPC Calculation.
25 Following upprice from supplier end Update Price inBOM
26 Arrived the Price in PScalculation sheet.
