Costing & Projects - Andheri (Mumbai - HO)

Requirements

• Verify quantities executed at site based on drawings, site inspections, and measurement sheets.
  
• Assist in reviewing contractor/vendor RA bills with proper supporting documents.
  
• Maintain cost trackers, quantity logs, and material consumption records.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, cashflow updates, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
  
• Track approved variations and update their cost impact in the cost control register.
  
• Support preparation of reconciliation statements for client-supplied materials.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to obtain measurements and clarifications.
  
• Update MIS sheets related to billing, quantities, variations, and progress.
  
• Flag discrepancies in quantities, rates, or supporting documents during bill verification.
  
• Support the Contracts Lead in preparing commercial notes, variation logs, and documentation.
