Job Description - Country Manager for South Africa , Johanisberg

We are looking for Country Manager for Tyres Industry at Johanisberg South Africa .He must be from South African Citizen. He will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's international marketing strategy, leading a team to achieve business objectives, and ensuring the company's products and brand are successfully positioned in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the tyre market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to different cultural contexts.

Proven experience in international marketing, preferably within the tyre or automotive industry for SOLID, OTR, FIRM, INDUSTRIAL TYRES in South Africa. Strong understanding of the South African region's market dynamics and cultural nuances. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Proficiency in market research, analysis, andl reporting. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Fluency in English and French (preferred). Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.

Bachelor's degree in any industry preferred Tyre Industry with MBA International Marketing

•Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives for the Gulf region. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends within the Gulf region. Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. 

•Distribution Network Development: Identify, develop, and manage the distribution network for the company's products in the Gulf region. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. 

•Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI. Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant international marketing regulations and standards. Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed. Product Launch:Coordinate and manage the launch of new tire products in the Gulf region. Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Reporting:Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of international marketing activities.
