Job Title: Country Sales Manager: Paper For Polyurethane Foams

Location: Noida, Greater Noida & Delhi

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Country Manager to oversee our sales operations in India, provide technical support and trouble shooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the chemical industry. The ideal candidate would be responsible for taking care of the paper division in foam chemicals. This is a full-time role, located in New Delhi, Noida & Greater Noida. We are seeking a talented and experienced candidate to join our team.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Development: 

  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. 
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements. 

Sales and Marketing: 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in India.  
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials. 

Manage Sales Team 

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success. 

Market Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. 

Operational Management: 

  • Oversee all aspects of operations including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. 
  • Optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics. 
  • Present regular reports and forecasts to senior management. 

Qualifications: 

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
  2. Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in sales management within the chemical industry, with a successful history of achieving sales targets and leading teams. 
  3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the chemical industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape. 
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team towards high performance. 
  5. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with customers and stakeholders. 
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
