Coupa Consultant

Administer and configure the Coupa platform including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Information Management modules. Manage user roles, permissions, workflow approvals, and system configurations. Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to support Coupa-related projects and enhancements. Monitor integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday). Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, user manuals, and training materials. Support end-user training and provide ongoing support and issue resolution. Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Coordinate with Coupa Support and other vendors for issue escalation and resolution. Flexibility to learn basics of Salesforce is required. Flexible to work in shifts and in a project 24X7 model. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a similar procurement/systems admin role. Strong understanding of Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management. Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Proficiency in system configuration, user management, and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Familiarity with API integrations and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
